I have recently within the past year gotten into yoga and am dying to learn more about it. I have no teacher or mentor in my area and I am too lazy to read! Someone come help me!

I have recently been going threw some personal issues with my own mind. I am young and realizing all that I have givin up in my life. I am depressed and disguisted with myself. I'm not able to walk past a mirror without glancing at it and picking out something horrible. I need help.
